Stress can be the result of a wide range of challenges – sometimes one large, catastrophic event and sometimes a series of energy draining difficulties and relationships. In my over 30 years of working with clients of all ages, one of the things I have seen consistently is the impact that diet and nutrition has on people’s overall resilience.
